Ingredients

  • 🥃 Whisky – 60ml (2 oz) preferred quality
  • 🫧 Soda Water – 120ml (4 oz) well-chilled
  • 🧊 Ice Cubes – large and solid
  • 🍋 Lemon – optional slice or peel for garnish

Instructions

  • 🧊 Fill a tall highball glass to the brim with ice cubes.
  • 🥃 Pour the whisky over the ice and stir to chill the glass.
  • 🫧 Slowly pour the soda water down the side to keep the bubbles.
  • 🥄 Stir once very gently with a long spoon to mix without losing fizz.
  • ✨ Add a lemon twist if desired and serve immediately while sparkling.
