Ingredients
- 🥃 Whisky – 60ml (2 oz) preferred quality
- 🫧 Soda Water – 120ml (4 oz) well-chilled
- 🧊 Ice Cubes – large and solid
- 🍋 Lemon – optional slice or peel for garnish
Instructions
- 🧊 Fill a tall highball glass to the brim with ice cubes.
- 🥃 Pour the whisky over the ice and stir to chill the glass.
- 🫧 Slowly pour the soda water down the side to keep the bubbles.
- 🥄 Stir once very gently with a long spoon to mix without losing fizz.
- ✨ Add a lemon twist if desired and serve immediately while sparkling.
