Instructions

  • 🔪 Gently combine minced Wagyu beef, shallots, and parsley in a bowl.
  • 🥚 Create a well in the center and add the egg yolk, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
  • 🧂 Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
