Ingredients
- 🥩 Wagyu beef – 500g ground
- 🧅 Onion – 1 small, finely grated
- 🌿 Parsley – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🍢 Wooden skewers – soaked in water
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine ground Wagyu, grated onion, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix until well incorporated.
- 🍢 Take a handful of the mixture and mold it firmly around the skewers into an elongated shape.
- 🔥 Preheat your grill or heavy-based pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- 🍳 Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked through.
- ✨ Rest the kebabs for a few minutes before serving warm with flatbread or salad.
