Ingredients
- 🦀 Jonah crab claws – 1 lb pre-cooked
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp unsalted
- 🧄 Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
- 🍋 Lemon – 1 wedge for juice
- 🌿 Parsley – 1 tbsp chopped fresh
- 🧂 Sea salt & black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🦀 Clean the crab claws and pat them dry to ensure seasoning sticks.
- 🍳 Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it begins to foam.
- 🧄 Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
- 🥘 Toss the crab claws into the skillet and coat thoroughly with the garlic butter for 5-7 minutes.
- ✨ Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and garnish with parsley before serving warm.
