Instructions

  • 🔥 Marinate venison with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and biryani masala.
  • 🧅 Fry onions until golden brown and set aside.
  • 🍚 Layer rice, venison, fried onions, mint, cilantro, and ghee in a pot.
  • 💧 Drizzle saffron milk over the layers.
  • 🥘 Cook on low heat until rice is cooked and venison is tender.
