Ingredients
- 🦌 Venison – cubed
- 🍚 Basmati Rice – soaked
- 🧅 Onions – thinly sliced
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 🌶️ Green Chilies – slit
- 🌿 Mint & Cilantro – chopped
- 🍶 Yogurt – plain
- 🥄 Biryani Masala
- 🥄 Ghee
- 💧 Saffron-infused Milk
Instructions
- 🔥 Marinate venison with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, and biryani masala.
- 🧅 Fry onions until golden brown and set aside.
- 🍚 Layer rice, venison, fried onions, mint, cilantro, and ghee in a pot.
- 💧 Drizzle saffron milk over the layers.
- 🥘 Cook on low heat until rice is cooked and venison is tender.
