Ingredients
- 🥖 Bread dough – for salt bread
- 🍥 Mochi – cut into small pieces
- 🐟 Mentaiko – seasoned cod roe
- 🧈 Butter – softened
- 🧂 Salt – for topping
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 🔪 Cut slits into the salt bread dough.
- 🧀 Spread butter, then fill with mochi and mentaiko.
