Ingredients

  • 🐟 Tuna steak – 2
  • 🌿 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🍶 Mirin – 1 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌱 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
  • 🍙 Cooked rice – for serving

Instructions

  • 🥣 Marinate tuna in soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat a pan or grill to medium-high heat.
  • 🍳 Sear tuna for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  • 🔪 Slice tuna thinly.
  • 🍚 Serve over rice with remaining marinade.
