Ingredients
- 🐟 Tuna steak – 2
- 🌿 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍶 Mirin – 1 tbsp
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌱 Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- 🍙 Cooked rice – for serving
Instructions
- 🥣 Marinate tuna in soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat a pan or grill to medium-high heat.
- 🍳 Sear tuna for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- 🔪 Slice tuna thinly.
