Truffle Mushroom and Cream Cheese Dimsums

Ingredients

  • 🍄 Mixed mushrooms – 200g finely chopped
  • 🧀 Cream cheese – 100g softened
  • 🥟 Dimsum wrappers – 20 pieces
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🫗 Truffle oil – 1 tsp
  • 🧅 Scallions – 1 tbsp chopped
  • 🧂 Soy sauce – 1 tsp

Instructions

  • 🍳 Sauté minced mushrooms and garlic in a pan until all moisture evaporates.
  • 🥣 Mix the cooked mushrooms with softened cream cheese, truffle oil, and soy sauce until smooth.
  • 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper, pleat the edges, and seal firmly.
  • 💨 Steam the dimsums in a bamboo basket or steamer over boiling water for 8–10 minutes.
  • ✨ Serve hot immediately, garnished with fresh scallions and an extra drizzle of truffle oil.
