Ingredients
- 🍄 Mixed mushrooms – 200g finely chopped
- 🧀 Cream cheese – 100g softened
- 🥟 Dimsum wrappers – 20 pieces
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
- 🫗 Truffle oil – 1 tsp
- 🧅 Scallions – 1 tbsp chopped
- 🧂 Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Instructions
- 🍳 Sauté minced mushrooms and garlic in a pan until all moisture evaporates.
- 🥣 Mix the cooked mushrooms with softened cream cheese, truffle oil, and soy sauce until smooth.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper, pleat the edges, and seal firmly.
- 💨 Steam the dimsums in a bamboo basket or steamer over boiling water for 8–10 minutes.
- ✨ Serve hot immediately, garnished with fresh scallions and an extra drizzle of truffle oil.
