Ingredients
- 🍜 Ramen noodles – 2 packs
- 🍗 Chicken breasts – 2 fillets
- 🍞 Panko breadcrumbs – 1 cup
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🥣 Chicken broth – 4 cups
- 🥬 Bok choy – 1 bunch
- 🧅 Green onions – 2 stalks sliced
- 🧄 Soy sauce & garlic – to taste
Instructions
- 🔪 Butterfly chicken breasts, dip in beaten egg, coat with panko, and fry until golden brown.
- 🥘 Bring chicken broth, soy sauce, and minced garlic to a simmer in a medium pot.
- 🍜 Boil ramen noodles in a separate pot until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 🥬 Add bok choy to the broth for 2 minutes until wilted and combine with noodles in a bowl.
- ✨ Slice the crispy chicken katsu, place it on top of the ramen, and garnish with green onions.
