Ingredients

  • 🍄 Mushrooms – 2 cups sliced
  • 🥖 Baguette – 1 loaf sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • 🌿 Parsley – 1 tbsp chopped
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt & Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🍞 Brush bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven until golden brown.
  • 🍳 Heat oil in a pan and sauté mushrooms with minced garlic until browned and tender.
  • 🌿 Stir in fresh parsley, salt, and pepper, then remove the pan from heat.
  • 🥄 Spoon the mushroom mixture generously over the toasted bread slices.
