Ingredients

  • 🥩 Beef sirloin – cut into cubes
  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🫑 Bell peppers – sliced
  • 🍅 Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons
  • 🍷 Red wine – 1/2 cup
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌶️ Smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • 🌿 Oregano – 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  • 🥩 Sear beef cubes until browned on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • 🧅 Add onion and bell peppers to the pan and sauté until softened.
  • 🧄 Stir in garlic and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.
  • 🍷 Deglaze the pan with red wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Add smoked paprika, oregano, and beef cubes.
  • 🥘 Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until beef is tender.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
