Ingredients
- 🥩 Beef sirloin – cut into cubes
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🫑 Bell peppers – sliced
- 🍅 Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons
- 🍷 Red wine – 1/2 cup
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Smoked paprika – 1 teaspoon
- 🌿 Oregano – 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- 🥩 Sear beef cubes until browned on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside.
- 🧅 Add onion and bell peppers to the pan and sauté until softened.
- 🧄 Stir in garlic and tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute.
- 🍷 Deglaze the pan with red wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom. Add smoked paprika, oregano, and beef cubes.
- 🥘 Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until beef is tender.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
