Ingredients

  • 🌱 Soya Chaap – cut into pieces
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomato – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🌶️ Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) – to taste
  • 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat oil on a tawa, then sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
  • 🍅 Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree; cook until oil separates.
  • 🌶️ Mix in all spices and cook for a few minutes.
  • 🌱 Add soya chaap pieces and mix well with the masala. Cook until heated through.
  • 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or naan.
