Ingredients
- 🌱 Soya Chaap – cut into pieces
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomato – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🌶️ Spices (turmeric, chili powder, garam masala) – to taste
- 🌿 Fresh coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil on a tawa, then sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- 🍅 Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree; cook until oil separates.
- 🌶️ Mix in all spices and cook for a few minutes.
- 🌱 Add soya chaap pieces and mix well with the masala. Cook until heated through.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with roti or naan.
