Ingredients
- 🌿 Mustard Greens (Sarso) – 1 kg
- 🍃 Spinach – 250g
- 🧅 Onion – 1 large, chopped
- 🧄 Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- 🌶️ Green chilies – 2-3, chopped
- 🧈 Ghee – 2 tbsp
- 🌽 Corn flour (Makki ka atta) – 2 tbsp
- 💧 Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- ✨ Spices: Ginger, asafoetida
Instructions
- 🌿 Wash and chop mustard greens and spinach.
- 🧅 Sauté onions, garlic, and green chilies in ghee.
- 🍃 Add the greens and cook until wilted. Add water if needed.
- 🌽 Stir in corn flour and simmer until the saag thickens.
- ✨ Season with salt and spices. Serve hot with roti or rice.
