Ingredients

  • ⚫ Black lentils – 1 cup
  • 🔴 Kidney beans – 1/4 cup
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
  • 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
  • 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
  • 🌿 Dried fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt to taste

Instructions

  • 🥣 Soak lentils and kidney beans overnight.
  • 🍲 Pressure cook with water until soft.
  • 🔥 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes in butter.
  • 🌶️ Add spices and cooked lentils, simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 🥛 Stir in cream, butter, and garnish with fenugreek leaves. Serve hot.
