Ingredients
- ⚫ Black lentils – 1 cup
- 🔴 Kidney beans – 1/4 cup
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🍅 Tomatoes – pureed
- 🧄 Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🥛 Cream – 2 tbsp
- 🌿 Dried fenugreek leaves – 1 tsp
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt to taste
Instructions
- 🥣 Soak lentils and kidney beans overnight.
- 🍲 Pressure cook with water until soft.
- 🔥 Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomatoes in butter.
- 🌶️ Add spices and cooked lentils, simmer for 30 minutes.
- 🥛 Stir in cream, butter, and garnish with fenugreek leaves. Serve hot.
