Ingredients

  • 🍚 Glutinous Rice Flour – 1 cup
  • 💧 Warm Water – as needed
  • ⚫️ Black Sesame Seeds – 1/2 cup
  • 🍬 Sugar – 1/4 cup
  • 🥜 Peanut Butter – 2 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix glutinous rice flour with warm water to form a soft dough.
  • 🥜 For filling, mix black sesame seeds, sugar, and peanut butter (if using).
  • ⚪️ Roll dough into small balls and stuff with the filling.
  • 끓 Boil water and add the tangyuan.
  • ♨️ Cook until they float to the surface; serve warm in the sweet broth.
