Ingredients
- 🍦 Heavy Cream – 2 cups
- 🥛 Milk – 1 cup
- 🍚 Sugar – ¾ cup
- 🥚 Egg Yolks – 4 large
- 🍈 Durian Pulp – 1 cup
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat milk and cream in a saucepan.
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale.
- 🥣 Temper egg mixture with warm cream, then cook until thickened.
- 🍈 Stir in durian pulp and chill completely.
- ❄️ Churn in an ice cream maker until frozen.
