Ingredients

- 🫘 Red bean paste – 1/2 cup
- 🍡 Glutinous rice flour – 1 cup
- 🍬 Sugar – 1/4 cup
- 💧 Water – 3/4 cup
- 🥔 Potato starch – for dusting
Instructions
- 🍓 Wrap each strawberry individually with a thin layer of red bean paste and set aside.
- 🥣 Mix rice flour, sugar, and water in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- ☢️ Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes, stir, then microwave for another minute until sticky and translucent.
- ✨ Dust a surface with potato starch, flatten the mochi dough, and wrap it around the prepared strawberries.
- 🍽️ Pinch the edges to seal the dough and serve immediately at room temperature.
