Ingredients

  • 🍚 Steamed rice – 2 cups
  • 🥩 Beef or Tofu – 200g thinly sliced
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1 julienned
  • 🥬 Spinach – 1 bunch blanched
  • 🍄 Shiitake mushrooms – 4 sliced
  • 🍳 Egg – 2 large
  • 🌶️ Gochujang sauce – 2 tbsp
  • 🥣 Sesame oil – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  • 🥣 Preheat the stone bowls in the oven or on the stove until very hot.
  • 🍳 Sauté the protein and vegetables separately in a pan with a splash of oil.
  • 🍚 Coat the bottom of each hot stone bowl with sesame oil, then add a layer of cooked rice.
  • 🥗 Arrange the protein and vegetables neatly on top of the rice and crack a raw egg in the center.
  • 🔥 Serve immediately while the bowl sizzles to create a crispy rice crust at the bottom.
