Ingredients
- 🍣 Sushi-grade salmon – 200g finely minced
- 🍚 Sushi rice – 2 cups cooked and seasoned
- 🌶️ Spicy mayo – 2 tbsp (mayonnaise mixed with sriracha)
- 🥬 Nori sheets – 2 large sheets
- 🥒 Cucumber – thinly sliced into strips
- 🌱 Sesame seeds – 1 tsp for garnish
Instructions
- 🔪 Finely mince the salmon and mix thoroughly with the spicy mayo in a small bowl.
- 🍱 Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat and spread a thin, even layer of sushi rice across it.
- 🥒 Arrange the salmon mixture and cucumber strips in a line across the center of the rice.
- 🌀 Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into bite-sized pieces using a sharp, wet knife.
- ✨ Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
