Ingredients
- 🥟 Dimsum wrappers – 20 pieces
- 🥬 Cabbage – 1 cup finely shredded
- 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup grated
- 🌶️ Chili paste – 2 tbsp (for the 'phili' spice)
- 🧄 Garlic – 1 tbsp minced
- 🫚 Ginger – 1 tsp grated
- 🫗 Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 🥣 Combine shredded cabbage, carrots, ginger, garlic, chili paste, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- 🥟 Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper, wet edges with water, and pleat to seal.
- ♨️ Line a steamer basket with parchment or cabbage leaves and arrange the dimsums without touching.
- ⏲️ Steam over boiling water for 10–12 minutes until the wrappers are translucent and firm.
- 🔥 Serve hot with extra chili oil or a spicy dipping sauce for that signature chili kick.
