Ingredients
- 🦑 Squid – cleaned and cut
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Chili flakes – to taste
- 🌿 Green onions – chopped
- 🍶 Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- 🍚 Cooking oil – for frying
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat oil in a wok or pan until very hot.
- 🧄 Add garlic and chili flakes; cook until garlic is browned and fragrant.
- 🦑 Add squid and stir-fry quickly until cooked through (about 2-3 minutes).
- 🍶 Add soy sauce and toss well to coat.
- 🌿 Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
