Chonak Rava Fry

Ingredients
- ๐ Chonak (small fish) โ 250g
- ๐ Rava (semolina) โ 1/2 cup
- ๐ถ๏ธ Red chili powder โ 1 tsp
- ๐ Lemon juice โ 1 tbsp
- ๐ง Ginger-garlic paste โ 1 tsp
- ๐ฟ Turmeric powder โ 1/2 tsp
- ๐ฑ Curry leaves โ a few
- ๐ง Salt to taste
- ๐ฅ Oil for frying
Instructions
- ๐งผ Clean and marinate the fish with ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- ๐ฅฃ Coat each fish piece evenly with rava (semolina).
- ๐ฅ Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- ๐ณ Gently place the rava-coated fish in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
- ๐ฟ Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
