Ingredients
- 🍚 Sushi Rice – short-grain
- 💙 Blue Food Coloring – for rice
- 🌶️ Habanero Peppers – finely chopped
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced
- 🥒 Cucumber – julienned
- 🍣 Nori Seaweed – sheets
- 🦀 Imitation Crab – or other filling
- 🍶 Rice Vinegar – seasoned
Instructions
- 🍚 Cook sushi rice and mix with rice vinegar and blue food coloring.
- 🌶️ Mix habanero peppers with your filling.
- 🍣 Lay nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat, spread rice evenly.
- 🔄 Flip, add filling (avocado, cucumber, crab & habanero mix).
- 🌀 Roll tightly into a roll, slice, and serve immediately.
