Ingredients

  • 🍚 Sushi Rice – short-grain
  • 💙 Blue Food Coloring – for rice
  • 🌶️ Habanero Peppers – finely chopped
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced
  • 🥒 Cucumber – julienned
  • 🍣 Nori Seaweed – sheets
  • 🦀 Imitation Crab – or other filling
  • 🍶 Rice Vinegar – seasoned

Instructions

  • 🍚 Cook sushi rice and mix with rice vinegar and blue food coloring.
  • 🌶️ Mix habanero peppers with your filling.
  • 🍣 Lay nori sheet on a bamboo rolling mat, spread rice evenly.
  • 🔄 Flip, add filling (avocado, cucumber, crab & habanero mix).
  • 🌀 Roll tightly into a roll, slice, and serve immediately.
