Ingredients
- 🍚 Sushi Rice – cooked and seasoned
- 🍣 Scottish Salmon – thinly sliced
- 🌿 Wasabi – small amount
- 🍙 Nori Seaweed – optional
- 🍶 Soy Sauce – for serving
Instructions
- 🍚 Shape sushi rice into small, oblong mounds.
- 🌿 Place a small dab of wasabi on top of each rice mound.
- 🍣 Top with a slice of fresh Scottish salmon.
- 🍙 Optionally wrap a thin strip of nori seaweed around the nigiri.
