Ingredients
- 🥩 Protein (chicken, paneer, tofu) – 250g
- 🧅 Onions – 1 medium, sliced
- 🫑 Bell peppers – 1, sliced
- 🍄 Mushrooms – 100g, halved
- 🥔 Potatoes - 2 medium, parboiled
- 🧂 Sizzler sauce – 4 tbsp
- 🍚 Cooked rice or noodles - for serving
Instructions
- 🔥 Heat a sizzler plate until very hot.
- 🥘 Sauté vegetables and protein separately with sizzler sauce.
- 🍚 Place rice or noodles on the hot sizzler plate.
- ✨ Arrange sautéed vegetables and protein on top.
- 💧 Drizzle extra sizzler sauce and serve immediately.
