Ingredients

  • 🥩 Protein (chicken, paneer, tofu) – 250g
  • 🧅 Onions – 1 medium, sliced
  • 🫑 Bell peppers – 1, sliced
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – 100g, halved
  • 🥔 Potatoes - 2 medium, parboiled
  • 🧂 Sizzler sauce – 4 tbsp
  • 🍚 Cooked rice or noodles - for serving

Instructions

  • 🔥 Heat a sizzler plate until very hot.
  • 🥘 Sauté vegetables and protein separately with sizzler sauce.
  • 🍚 Place rice or noodles on the hot sizzler plate.
  • ✨ Arrange sautéed vegetables and protein on top.
  • 💧 Drizzle extra sizzler sauce and serve immediately.
