Ingredients

  • 🍜 Noodles – your choice
  • 🥥 Coconut Milk – 400ml
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🍋 Lemon – for serving
  • 🌶️ Chili Flakes – to taste
  • 🥚 Boiled Eggs – sliced, for garnish
  • 🥜 Peanuts – roasted, for garnish

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in oil until fragrant.
  • 🥥 Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  • 🧂 Season with salt, turmeric, and other desired spices.
  • 🍜 Cook noodles separately and keep warm.
  • 🥣 Serve noodles in a bowl, pour coconut milk mixture over, and garnish with lemon, chili flakes, boiled eggs, and peanuts.
