- 🥚 Boiled Eggs – sliced, for garnish
- 🥜 Peanuts – roasted, for garnish
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in oil until fragrant.
- 🥥 Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- 🧂 Season with salt, turmeric, and other desired spices.
- 🍜 Cook noodles separately and keep warm.
- 🥣 Serve noodles in a bowl, pour coconut milk mixture over, and garnish with lemon, chili flakes, boiled eggs, and peanuts.
