Ingredients

  • 🧅 Onion – chopped
  • 🫑 Bell peppers – sliced
  • 🍅 Canned tomatoes – crushed
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
  • 🌶️ Spices – cumin, paprika

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and peppers in a pan until softened.
  • 🧄 Add garlic and spices, cook for 1 minute.
  • 🍅 Pour in crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 🥚 Create wells in the sauce, crack eggs into each.
  • 🍳 Cover and cook until eggs are set to your liking. Serve warm.
