Ingredients
- 🧅 Onion – chopped
- 🫑 Bell peppers – sliced
- 🍅 Canned tomatoes – crushed
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🥚 Eggs – 2 large
- 🌶️ Spices – cumin, paprika
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and peppers in a pan until softened.
- 🧄 Add garlic and spices, cook for 1 minute.
- 🍅 Pour in crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 🥚 Create wells in the sauce, crack eggs into each.
