Ingredients

  • 🥑 Avocados – 2 ripe, halved and pitted
  • 🐟 Canned Tuna or Crab meat – 1 cup, drained
  • 🥣 Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp for creaminess
  • 🌶️ Sriracha – 1 tsp for a spicy kick
  • 🍋 Lemon Juice – a squeeze for freshness
  • 🧅 Green Onions – thinly sliced for garnish
  • 🥯 Everything Bagel Seasoning – for extra crunch

Instructions

  • 🥑 Carefully slice the avocados in half and remove the pits to create a bowl shape.
  • 🥣 In a small mixing bowl, combine the tuna or crab with mayo and sriracha.
  • 🥄 Scoop the protein mixture into the center of each avocado half until overflowing.
  • ✨ Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and garnish with green onions and seasoning.
