Ingredients

  • 🥩 Thinly sliced beef
  • 🥬 Napa cabbage
  • 🍄 Assorted mushrooms
  • 🌱 Tofu
  • 🍜 Udon noodles
  • 🍶 Ponzu sauce

Instructions

  • 🍲 Prepare a pot of simmering broth (dashi or water).
  • 🥢 Using chopsticks, dip thin slices of beef into the broth until cooked.
  • 🥬 Add vegetables, tofu, and mushrooms to the broth and cook.
  • 🍜 Cook udon noodles separately and add them to the broth.
