Ingredients
- 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
- 🫘 Green peas – frozen or fresh
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌾 Wheat flour – for kachori dough
- 🫘 Urad dal – soaked (kachori filling)
- 🌿 Spices – garam masala, coriander powder
- 🌱 Fresh coriander – chopped
Instructions
- 🌱 Prepare sabzi by sautéing onions, then adding potatoes, peas and spices. Cook until heated through.
- 🥣 Prepare kachori dough and filling. Roll out small circles of dough.
- 🥄 Fill each circle with the dal mixture and seal edges carefully.
- 🔥 Deep fry kachoris until golden brown and crispy.
- 🍽️ Serve hot sabzi with kachoris. Garnish with coriander.
