Ingredients

  • 🥔 Potatoes – boiled and mashed
  • 🫘 Green peas – frozen or fresh
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌾 Wheat flour – for kachori dough
  • 🫘 Urad dal – soaked (kachori filling)
  • 🌿 Spices – garam masala, coriander powder
  • 🌱 Fresh coriander – chopped

Instructions

  • 🌱 Prepare sabzi by sautéing onions, then adding potatoes, peas and spices. Cook until heated through.
  • 🥣 Prepare kachori dough and filling. Roll out small circles of dough.
  • 🥄 Fill each circle with the dal mixture and seal edges carefully.
  • 🔥 Deep fry kachoris until golden brown and crispy.
  • 🍽️ Serve hot sabzi with kachoris. Garnish with coriander.
