Ingredients

  • 🌿 Fresh mint – chopped
  • 🌰 Muhammara – a few tablespoons
  • 🌼 Cauliflower – 1 head, cut into florets
  • 🥖 Focaccia bread – 1 loaf
  • 🧄 Garlic – minced
  • 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
  • 🫒 Olive oil – for roasting

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Roast until tender and slightly browned.
  • 🥖 Slice focaccia bread horizontally. Spread muhammara on both halves.
  • 🌿 Sprinkle fresh mint over the muhammara.
  • 🌼 Arrange roasted cauliflower on one half of the focaccia.
  • 🥪 Close the sandwich and slice into portions. Serve warm.
