Ingredients
- 🌿 Fresh mint – chopped
- 🌰 Muhammara – a few tablespoons
- 🌼 Cauliflower – 1 head, cut into florets
- 🥖 Focaccia bread – 1 loaf
- 🧄 Garlic – minced
- 🌶️ Red pepper flakes – to taste
- 🫒 Olive oil – for roasting
Instructions
- 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Roast until tender and slightly browned.
- 🥖 Slice focaccia bread horizontally. Spread muhammara on both halves.
- 🌿 Sprinkle fresh mint over the muhammara.
- 🌼 Arrange roasted cauliflower on one half of the focaccia.
- 🥪 Close the sandwich and slice into portions. Serve warm.
