Ingredients

  • 🥬 Cabbage – 1 medium wedge
  • 🫒 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🌿 Herbs (rosemary, thyme) – 1 tsp
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • 🔪 Cut cabbage into wedges and brush with olive oil.
  • 🧄 Sprinkle with minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • ⏲️ Roast for 25-30 minutes, until tender and slightly browned.
