Ingredients

  • 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
  • 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, sliced
  • 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, chopped
  • 🍄 Mushrooms – 1/2 cup, sliced
  • 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced, for topping
  • 🌱 Soy sauce or other sauce – to taste
  • 🌶️ Optional: Chili flakes – to taste

Instructions

  • 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pan until fragrant.
  • 🍄 Add protein and vegetables, cook until tender.
  • 🍚 Prepare your bowls with a base of cooked rice.
  • 🥘 Top rice with the cooked protein and vegetable mixture.
  • ✨ Garnish with avocado slices and drizzle with soy sauce or your favorite sauce. Add chili flakes if desired.
