Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked Rice – 2 cups
- 🍗 Protein (chicken, tofu, etc.) – 1 cup, cubed
- 🥦 Broccoli florets – 1 cup
- 🥕 Carrots – 1/2 cup, sliced
- 🧅 Onion – 1/4 cup, chopped
- 🍄 Mushrooms – 1/2 cup, sliced
- 🧄 Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- 🥑 Avocado – sliced, for topping
- 🌱 Soy sauce or other sauce – to taste
- 🌶️ Optional: Chili flakes – to taste
Instructions
- 🔥 Sauté onions and garlic in a pan until fragrant.
- 🍄 Add protein and vegetables, cook until tender.
- 🍚 Prepare your bowls with a base of cooked rice.
- 🥘 Top rice with the cooked protein and vegetable mixture.
- ✨ Garnish with avocado slices and drizzle with soy sauce or your favorite sauce. Add chili flakes if desired.
