Ingredients
- 🥚 Egg yolk – 1 large
- ☕ Coffee – 2 oz strong brewed
- 🥛 Sweetened condensed milk – 1-2 tbsp
- 💧 Hot water – 1 oz (optional)
- 🍫 Chocolate shavings – for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 🥚 Whisk egg yolk and sweetened condensed milk until light and frothy.
- ☕ Slowly pour hot, strong brewed coffee into the egg mixture while whisking continuously.
- 💧 Add hot water to adjust strength if desired.
- ✨ Pour into a glass and garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.
