Ingredients

  • 🍌 Raw bananas – grated
  • 🍚 Rice flour – for binding
  • 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
  • 🌿 Curry leaves – chopped
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥄 Oil – for frying

Instructions

  • 🥣 Combine grated raw banana, rice flour, onion, green chilies, curry leaves, and salt in a bowl.
  • 💧 Add a little water to form a thick batter.
  • 🔥 Heat oil in a paniyaram pan or a flat pan.
  • 🥄 Pour spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
  • 🍳 Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot! ✨
