Ingredients
- 🍌 Raw bananas – grated
- 🍚 Rice flour – for binding
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped
- 🌿 Curry leaves – chopped

Instructions
- 🥣 Combine grated raw banana, rice flour, onion, green chilies, curry leaves, and salt in a bowl.
- 💧 Add a little water to form a thick batter.
- 🔥 Heat oil in a paniyaram pan or a flat pan.
- 🥄 Pour spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil.
