Ingredients

  • 🌽 Makki (Corn) Flour – 2 cups
  • 💧 Warm Water – as needed
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🥄 Ghee or Butter – for cooking

Instructions

  • 🥣 In a bowl, mix corn flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft dough.
  • ⏳ Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  • 🔥 Heat a flat griddle or tawa.
  • 🖐️ Take a portion of the dough, flatten it with your hands, and carefully place it on the hot griddle.
  • 🍳 Cook each side until golden brown spots appear. Apply ghee/butter while cooking. Serve hot.
