Ingredients
- 🌽 Makki (Corn) Flour – 2 cups
- 💧 Warm Water – as needed
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🥄 Ghee or Butter – for cooking
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, mix corn flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft dough.
- ⏳ Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- 🔥 Heat a flat griddle or tawa.
- 🖐️ Take a portion of the dough, flatten it with your hands, and carefully place it on the hot griddle.
- 🍳 Cook each side until golden brown spots appear. Apply ghee/butter while cooking. Serve hot.
