Ingredients

  • 🦴 Nalli (Bone Marrow) – main ingredient
  • 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – for the kachori dough
  • 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger-Garlic paste – for flavor
  • 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped for spice
  • 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
  • 🫘 Besan (Gram flour) – for binding
  • 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – for flavor
  • 🌶️ Red chili powder – for spice
  • 🥭 Amchur (Dry mango powder) – for tanginess
  • 🧂 Salt – to taste
  • 🛢️ Oil – for deep frying

Instructions

  • 🦴 Prepare Nalli: Cook the bone marrow until tender and shred it.
  • 🧅 Make Filling: Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and spices. Add shredded marrow and besan; cook until dry.
  • 🌾 Prepare Dough: Knead maida with oil and water to form a stiff dough.
  • 🥟 Assemble Kachoris: Stuff the filling into small dough balls and flatten them.
  • 🔥 Fry: Deep fry the kachoris until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
