Ingredients
- 🦴 Nalli (Bone Marrow) – main ingredient
- 🌾 Maida (All-purpose flour) – for the kachori dough
- 🧅 Onions – finely chopped
- 🫚 Ginger-Garlic paste – for flavor
- 🌶️ Green chilies – chopped for spice
- 🌿 Coriander leaves – for garnish
- 🫘 Besan (Gram flour) – for binding
- 🧄 Ginger-Garlic paste – for flavor
- 🌶️ Red chili powder – for spice
- 🥭 Amchur (Dry mango powder) – for tanginess
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🛢️ Oil – for deep frying
Instructions
- 🦴 Prepare Nalli: Cook the bone marrow until tender and shred it.
- 🧅 Make Filling: Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and spices. Add shredded marrow and besan; cook until dry.
- 🌾 Prepare Dough: Knead maida with oil and water to form a stiff dough.
- 🥟 Assemble Kachoris: Stuff the filling into small dough balls and flatten them.
- 🔥 Fry: Deep fry the kachoris until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
