Raspberry Sorbet

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh raspberries 🍓
- 1 cup granulated sugar 🍚
- 1 cup water 💧
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice 🍋
Instructions
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan 🥣. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely.
- Combine cooled sugar syrup, raspberries, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor 🍹. Puree until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds 🥄.
- Pour the strained mixture into a shallow dish or container. Freeze for 2-3 hours, or until partially frozen.
- Break up the partially frozen mixture with a fork or spoon 🍴. Return to the blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture back into the shallow dish or container and freeze for another 1-2 hours, or until firm.🧊
- Let sorbet soften slightly before serving. Scoop and enjoy! 🍨
