Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour 🌾
  • 1 tsp baking powder 🥄
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda 🥄
  • 1/4 tsp salt 🧂
  • 2 tbsp sugar 🍚
  • 1 egg 🥚
  • 1 cup milk 🥛
  • 2 tbsp melted butter 🧈
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
  • Optional: Peanut butter 🥜, Condensed milk 🥛, Chocolate sauce 🍫

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. 🥣
  • In another bowl, whisk together egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. 🥚🥛🧈🍦
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix. 🥣➕🥚🥛🧈🍦➡️ Dough
  • Heat a waffle iron and grease it lightly. 🔥
  • Pour batter onto the hot waffle iron. 🧇
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. ⏲️
  • Remove waffle from iron and spread with peanut butter, condensed milk or chocolate sauce, if desired. 🥜🥛🍫
  • Fold the waffle in half and serve immediately. Enjoy! 😊
