Ingredients
- 🥛 Yogurt – 2 cups
- 🥒 Cucumber – grated
- 🧅 Onion – finely chopped
- 🌿 Mint – chopped
- 🌶️ Green chili – minced (optional)
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🖤 Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- 🥣 In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
- 🥒 Add grated cucumber, chopped onion, mint, and green chili (if using).
- 🧂 Season with salt and cumin powder.
- ❄️ Mix well and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
