Ingredients
- 🎃 Pumpkin puree – 1 cup
- 🧀 Ricotta cheese – 1/2 cup
- 🍝 Tortelloni pasta – 1 package
- 🌿 Sage – fresh, chopped
- 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 🎃 Prepare pumpkin filling: mix pumpkin puree, ricotta, salt, and pepper.
- 🍝 Stuff tortelloni pasta with the pumpkin filling.
- 💧 Cook tortelloni in boiling water until they float.
- 🧈 In a pan, melt butter with sage until fragrant.
- 🍝 Toss cooked tortelloni in sage butter and serve immediately.
