Ingredients

  • 🎃 Pumpkin puree – 1 cup
  • 🧀 Ricotta cheese – 1/2 cup
  • 🍝 Tortelloni pasta – 1 package
  • 🌿 Sage – fresh, chopped
  • 🧈 Butter – 4 tbsp
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste

Instructions

  • 🎃 Prepare pumpkin filling: mix pumpkin puree, ricotta, salt, and pepper.
  • 🍝 Stuff tortelloni pasta with the pumpkin filling.
  • 💧 Cook tortelloni in boiling water until they float.
  • 🧈 In a pan, melt butter with sage until fragrant.
  • 🍝 Toss cooked tortelloni in sage butter and serve immediately.
