Ingredients
- 🍚 Cooked sushi rice – 2 cups
- 🐟 Raw tuna or salmon – 8oz, cubed
- 🥑 Avocado – 1, sliced
- 🥒 Cucumber – ½, sliced
- 🥭 Mango – ½, diced
- 🌱 Seaweed salad – 2 tbsp
- 🍶 Soy sauce – for dressing
- 🌶️ Sriracha mayo – for dressing
- 🥜 Sesame seeds – for garnish
Instructions
- 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
- 🐟 Gently toss cubed fish with a little soy sauce.
- 🥣 In bowls, layer rice, fish, avocado, cucumber, and mango.
- 🌱 Add seaweed salad on top.
- 🍶 Drizzle with soy sauce and sriracha mayo, then garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
