Ingredients

  • 🍚 Cooked sushi rice – 2 cups
  • 🐟 Raw tuna or salmon – 8oz, cubed
  • 🥑 Avocado – 1, sliced
  • 🥒 Cucumber – ½, sliced
  • 🥭 Mango – ½, diced
  • 🌱 Seaweed salad – 2 tbsp
  • 🍶 Soy sauce – for dressing
  • 🌶️ Sriracha mayo – for dressing
  • 🥜 Sesame seeds – for garnish

Instructions

  • 🍚 Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions.
  • 🐟 Gently toss cubed fish with a little soy sauce.
  • 🥣 In bowls, layer rice, fish, avocado, cucumber, and mango.
  • 🌱 Add seaweed salad on top.
  • 🍶 Drizzle with soy sauce and sriracha mayo, then garnish with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
