Ingredients

  • 🍞 Whole wheat bread – 6 slices
  • 🍗 Cooked chicken breast – sliced
  • 🥓 Turkey bacon – 4 slices
  • 🥑 Avocado – sliced
  • 🥬 Lettuce – a few leaves
  • 🍅 Tomato – sliced
  • 🥚 Hard-boiled eggs – sliced
  • 🌱 Sprouts – a handful
  • 🍯 Honey mustard – to taste

Instructions

  • 🥓 Cook turkey bacon until crisp.
  • 🍞 Toast bread slices lightly.
  • 🍯 Spread honey mustard on toast.
  • 🥬 Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado, chicken, bacon, sprouts and egg.
  • 🥪 Top with remaining bread slices and serve.
