Ingredients

  • 🍑 Plums – 4 ripe, pitted and chopped
  • 🫚 Ginger – 2 inch piece, peeled and sliced
  • 🍯 Honey or Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • 💧 Water – 1/2 cup for syrup
  • 🫧 Sparkling Water – 2 cups chilled
  • 🧊 Ice cubes – as needed

Instructions

  • 🥘 Combine plums, ginger, sweetener, and water in a small pot.
  • 🔥 Simmer for 10-12 minutes until plums are soft and syrup thickens.
  • ✨ Strain the mixture through a sieve to create a smooth concentrate and let it cool.
  • 🍹 Pour 2-3 tablespoons of plum-ginger syrup into each glass filled with ice.
  • 🫧 Top with chilled sparkling water, stir gently, and serve cold.
