Ingredients
- 🍵 Kombucha – 1 liter (first ferment)
- 🍊 Grapefruit – 1 fresh large grapefruit
- 🍯 Honey or Sugar – 1 tbsp (optional)
- 🍶 Glass Bottles – 4 flip-top bottles
Instructions
- 🍊 Juice the grapefruit and strain out the excess pulp.
- 🍯 Stir the juice and sweetener into your base kombucha liquid.
- 🍶 Pour the mixture into clean flip-top glass bottles.
- ⏳ Seal tightly and leave at room temperature for 2-3 days for carbonation.
- ❄️ Refrigerate for 24 hours to chill before opening and enjoying.
