Ingredients

  • 🥐 Croissant – 1 large
  • 💚 Pistachio paste – 2 tbsp
  • 🌰 Chopped pistachios – 1 tbsp
  • 🥚 Egg wash – 1 (optional)
  • 🍬 Powdered sugar – for dusting

Instructions

  • 🔪 Slice the 🥐 croissant horizontally.
  • 💚 Spread pistachio paste evenly on both halves.
  • 🌰 Sprinkle chopped pistachios on the filling.
  • 🥚 Brush with egg wash for a golden finish (optional).
  • 🔥 Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 mins or until golden. Dust with 🍬 powdered sugar before serving.
