Ingredients
- 🥟 Ravioli pasta – 1 pack
- 💗 Beetroot – 1 medium, cooked and pureed
- 🧀 Ricotta cheese – 1/2 cup
- 🌿 Fresh basil – for garnish
- 🧈 Butter – 2 tbsp
- 🧂 Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- 💗 Gently mix beetroot puree with ricotta cheese until uniformly pink.
- 🔥 Melt butter in a pan.
- 🍝 Toss cooked ravioli in melted butter and beetroot-ricotta mixture.
- 🌿 Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
