Ingredients
- 🍝 Fettuccine pasta – 8 oz
- 🌿 Pesto – 1/2 cup
- 💧 Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- 🧀 Parmesan cheese – grated, for garnish
- 🧂 Salt – to taste
- 🌶️ Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- 💧 Cook fettuccine according to package directions until al dente.
- 🫗 Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- 🌿 In a large bowl, combine drained pasta with pesto.
- 💧 Add a little pasta water if needed to reach desired consistency.
