Ingredients

  • 🧀 Paneer – 200g cut into small cubes
  • 🥣 Thick Yogurt – 1/2 cup for marination
  • 🌶️ Tikka Spices – 1 tbsp (chili powder, garam masala, cumin)
  • 🫑 Bell Peppers & Onions – sliced into strips
  • 🫓 Paratha or Tortilla – 2 large flatbreads
  • 🌿 Mint Chutney – for spreading

Instructions

  • 🥣 Mix yogurt with spices and marinate the paneer cubes for 15 minutes.
  • 🔥 Sauté marinated paneer and veggies in a pan until lightly charred and cooked.
  • 🫓 Lightly toast the flatbreads on a tawa until warm and slightly crispy.
  • 🌯 Spread mint chutney on the bread, add the paneer filling, and top with raw onions.
  • ✨ Roll tightly in foil or paper and serve hot with a side of lemon wedges.
