Ingredients
- 🥛 Heavy cream – 1/2 cup
- 🍯 Sweetened condensed milk – 3 tbsp
- 🍓 Fresh strawberries – 2-3 pieces, chopped
- 🍪 Chocolate cookies – 1-2 crushed
- 🍫 Chocolate syrup – for topping
Instructions
- 🥣 Mix heavy cream and condensed milk in a bowl until well combined.
- 🧊 Pour the mixture onto a chilled flat metal pan or a pre-frozen baking sheet.
- 🍓 Add strawberries or cookies and use a spatula to chop and incorporate them into the liquid.
- 🥄 Spread the mixture into a very thin, even layer and let it freeze solid.
- 🌀 Scrape the frozen cream at an angle to create rolls and serve immediately in a bowl.
